Brigid Washington is a monthly chef instructor at the Dinah E Gore Teaching and Research Cooking at North Carolina State University.
As Part of North Carolina's EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) Brigid teaches techniques of healthy cooking with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce that is economically sustainable.
